Subhash is an entrepreneur on a mission to digitize real estate management. Carrying over 12 years of experience across project management, growth hacking, service delivery and entrepreneurship with strong functional background in operational tech, customer service and cross-functional team management. A prop-tech enthusiast keenly following and analyzing the evolution of proptech globally, he has an avid passion to build the same in India. He is also passionate about sports and loves to play Table tennis, Basketball, Swimming among other sports.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Gaurang Lakhotia brings in an unparalleled zeal towards enhancing Customer Delight. As the COO at Simplease, he keeps raising the bar of delivering an awesome customer experience every day and keeping the entire team inspired for the same. Gaurang is a Chartered Accountant and has previously worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. A passionate learner of markets across asset classes, he also loves to look into Equity Markets through technical Lens. Bring a fitness lover, he can often be found in a gym or practicing yoga.
